How to order
Please select your favoured "Media", then "Title" and the "Language". Confirm your choice by clicking "GO". If the material is on stock you can enter the desired quantity. Confirm your order by clicking "ADD TO SHOPPING CART". Repeat this procedure and add different articles to your order basket. Check the current basket content by clicking "VIEW CART (Print Media)". Here you can also change the quantities, take products out of the basket, or cancel the entire order. When you have finished, click on "ORDER" to fill in all delivery data, send it and your order will be proceeded.
A password is required to access certain protected areas within the Fujitsu Technology Solutions Infomedia Server. To register as a new user, use “Click here to apply for an account”. Enter your user data into the appropriate spaces and confirm your registration. You will receive a greeting-mail with your user data after your authorization has been checked and affirmed.

Terms of Purchase and Delivery:

1. All on-stock items offered on the Fujitsu Technology Solutions Infomedia Server are marketed through Fujitsu Technology Solutions GmbH, Mies-van-der-Rohe-Straße 8, 80807 München, Germany. Print-on-demand items are produced and marketed by various specially selected print shops commissioned by Fujitsu Technology Solutions GmbH, Mies-van-der-Rohe-Straße 8, 80807 München, Germany.


2. Print-on-demand items are produced and marketed by various specially selected print shops commissioned by Fujitsu Technology Solutions, Marketing Services, Domagkstrasse 28, 80807 Munich, Germany.


3. Orders from departments of the Fujitsu Technology Solutions Group will be charged to the respective cost centre including costs for shipping and customs fees (for deliveries outside the EU). In case of a Print-on-demand order, there will be an invoice issued by the executing print shop.


4. Orders from customers, who are not members of the Fujitsu Technology Solutions Group, are free of charge, but limited to a purchase value of 75 Euro. There is no minimum order value.


5. The usual delivery time for sending on-stock items is 48 hours within Germany, 7 working days within the European Union, and 14 working days to countries outside the European Union. The indicated delivery times for shipment to countries outside the EU depend on the expeditious customs processing in the destination country.
   In addition the delivery time for print-on-demand items depends on the print run and is indicated when the price is determined. The indicated delivery times apply to orders placed before 12 noon (CET). Delivery times and dates shall only be binding for Fujitsu Technology Solutions if such dates have been expressly confirmed by Fujitsu Technology Solutions in writing.


6. All warranty obligations of Fujitsu Technology Solutions shall exclude defects or damages directly attributable to normal wear and tear, incorrect, negligent or improper handling, improper storage, as well as defects or damages not within the responsibility of Fujitsu Technology Solutions. All warranties shall also be excluded if the products are modified improperly by the customer or a third party on the customer’s behalf.


7. Fujitsu Technology Solutions shall be liable unlimited where Fujitsu Technology Solutions' liability is mandatory at law e.g. for personal injury, according to product liability, in case of gross negligence, intent, fraudulent misrepresentation or given guaranties. Any liability of Fujitsu Technology Solutions arising out of slight negligent breaches of any fundamental contractual obligations shall be limited to the typical and foreseeable damage.

In case of property damages that Fujitsu Technology Solutions can be held liable for, Fujitsu Technology Solutions will indemnify for the restoration of damaged objects, limited to the amount of EUR 5.000,- per incident.

Any further liability for damage claims, regardless of the legal ground, especially claims of lost revenue, indirect or consequential damages shall be excluded. The above conditions are not meant to change the burden of proof to the detriment of the customer.

Fujitsu Technology Solutions shall not be liable for force majeure, especially war, terror, general shortages in product and material or similar circumstances such as strikes and lockouts beyond the reasonable control of Fujitsu Technology Solutions.

Consumer:
Attention: The following information concerning the “Distance Contracts Act”, especially the right to withdraw only applies, if the customer is a consumer (“consumer customer”), i.e. does not use the products for any commercial or self-employed purposes.

The consumer costumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, within two weeks, in text form (e.g. letter, fax, E-Mail), or simply by returning the product without having to give any reason. The period for exercise of this right shall begin – at the earliest – with providing this instruction regarding the right to withdraw. In order to meet this deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the product within the two weeks. The withdrawal has to be addressed to:
